Megger's new series of earthing testers offers a comprehensive solution to your grounding resistance test. The complete set, including the instrument, test wires, rack contacts, batteries and calibration certificate, comes in a sturdy transport box that holds space for all instrument accessories. One set has everything you need to start testing. The devices are designed for operation in an extended temperature range with protection class IP54, which makes these devices equipment that can really be operated outdoors. The device is designed for easy operation and is equipped with a large rotary switch of measuring modes, which allows you to easily switch between 2 and 3 leading modes, even in gloves, while the design eliminates the need for short use when measuring at 2 points. The large and clear, easy-to-read LCD display and the thumb start button make field measurements easier.

The device is very easy to use, but it automatically checks the connection of P (potential) and C (current) electrodes, shows the connection status on the display. The device also includes a voltmeter that allows you to measure the ground voltage. The ground tester can measure resistance from 0.01 Ohm to 2000 Ohm and ground voltage up to 100 V. To ensure accurate testing in high noise conditions, the device has a noise suppression function up to 40 V. The Megger Digital Ground Tester is powered by eight widely available AA finger batteries, which also allow for long-term testing - the battery status is displayed as a histogram on the LCD, allowing you to decide when to change the batteries before they sit down. The Megger earthing resistance meter is designed in accordance with strict safety standards and is designed for CAT IV 100 V.
