The Teleflex VX is the latest development in the Teleflex series. Like all Teleflex OTDRs, the Teleflex VX is specifically designed to capture fast transient faults in cable lines. It represents the evolution of the Linux-based Teleflex MX.
Management is simplified to a few steps and mostly happens automatically. The completely new Teleflex VX hardware, with significantly improved parameters such as sweep frequency, pulse width and amplitude, enables measurements up to 1000 km with the highest resolution in the near field.
By separating the measurement hardware from the industrial computer with Ethernet communication, the integration of the OTDR into a cable fault detection system is very simple, allowing problem-free remote use in offshore areas, such as wind farms.
