The DET14C and DET24C are new advanced earth testers that set new standards in terms of access, functionality, ease of use and safety. These devices have a completely new design. The design and development of these instruments was carried out by the Megger division at WB, Dover. Compared to the previous generation of instruments with pliers with teething, the instruments of the new generation, due to the smooth surfaces of the pliers, eliminate contact contamination, provide more accurate readings and have greater reliability. Other improvements include higher accuracy, ultra-long battery life, CAT IV 600V safety rating, and a built-in filter function for high electrical noise environments.
