Ohmmeter for transformers MTO210

The MTO210 Transformer Ohmmeter is a portable, mains-powered field instrument specifically designed to safely and accurately measure the DC resistance of all types of magnetic windings. It allows you to test the windings of rotating electrical machines and perform resistance measurements of low-current connections, contacts and control circuits. The MTO210 implements the patented "Quick Test" measurement technology, which allows the measured current to stabilize in the shortest possible time, while significantly reducing the test time. In addition, a dual set of potential inputs allows you to measure the resistance of the primary and secondary windings of single-phase and three-phase transformers simultaneously. This ability to take two readings simultaneously, along with the bidirectional current output feature, also helps speed up measurements when testing windings on three-phase transformers.

A transformer ohmmeter is extremely useful in testing the windings and contact resistance of tap changers with crossover contacts (without breaking the circuit) and voltage regulators. This allows you to determine the contact pitting and displacement, as this device will show the presence of any of these conditions. The safety of the operator during testing is ensured by the automatic shutdown function. In the event of any accidental disconnection of the test lead or loss of power, the instrument will safely remove the voltage remaining on the object under test.
